Cancellation and Refund

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for Eusty CRM (“Service”), provided by PrecisionEdge Software Systems Private Limited (“Eusty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Subscription and Billing

Eusty CRM is offered as a subscription service billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on the number of users and selected plan.

By subscribing to Eusty CRM, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation.
  • You will continue to have access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation does not take effect retroactively.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • You were charged due to a billing system error
  • Duplicate charges occurred
  • You were charged after cancelling due to a technical issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused subscriptions
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Change of mind after subscription begins

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

  • No charges will be applied during the trial period
  • You may cancel anytime during the trial
  • If not cancelled, the subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period

Charges after trial conversion are non-refundable.

Data Access After Cancellation

After subscription cancellation:

  • You may retain access to your account for a limited period
  • You may export your data during this period
  • After this period, access may be restricted or data may be permanently deleted
