Eusty provides a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to help businesses manage contacts, leads, accounts, communications, and related business activities.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis and accessible via the internet.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for managing access to your organization’s account.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis, typically monthly or annually, based on the number of users and selected plan.

You agree that:

Subscription fees are billed in advance
Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing cycle

4. Acceptable Use

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eusty shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
